Vomitting

Wah, ytd went to Seoul Garden, eat for 2hrs till almost threw up. Thank god I didn't. Vomiting feeling stayed with me for like 1 hour plus.

Ways to prevent vomiting

Drink small amounts of clear, sweetened liquids like flat soda pop, fruit juices, (not orange or grapefruit - too much acid!) or popsicles. These sugared drinks calm your stomach better than water or other liquids
Rest, either sitting or laying down slightly propped up. Activity worsens nausea and vomiting.

My classmates asked me to go for a walk. No wonder feeling didn't really go off.

Seoul Garden for lunch. 3hrs inside. nb.

Transformers was awesome. 8.5/10. Megan Fox still as hot as ever. Although the ending was about weird but overall was great.
